Position Title: Print Services Manager & Eagle Store Assistant Manager
Position Accountable To: Eagle Store Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY: This position oversees the entire print process to fulfill the printing needs of the University. The role involves overseeing the process from initial design files to the final printed product, ensuring quality results while maintaining cost efficiency. This position also assists the EagleStore with customer service, online orders and apparel production.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing printing requests – 60%
Maintaining and ordering print supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels – 10%
Assist with basic graphic design adjustments and style guidelines– 5%
Perform routine maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed– 5%
Keep up-to-date with industry trends to improve service offerings – 2.5%
Performs other related duties as assigned by management - 2.5%
Assisting customers in the Eagle Store – 15%
MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and assist in managing student work study position specific to campus printing and Eagle Store.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and 3 years customer service or print production experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Routinely lift more than 25 pounds, periodically spend extended periods standing and/or sitting.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency in operating printing equipment. Familiarity with graphic design software. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Strong Interpersonal skills.
